Listen to Recordings of Lectio Divina
Lectio divina is an ancient practice of listening to a brief reading with the ear of the heart.
In these recordings I read a passage slowly three times, leaving a couple of minutes of silence between each reading. As you listen, notice what is arising within you and be open to your own inner movement. Listen to what the passage is saying to you, right now, without becoming distracted by intellectual types of questions about the passage. Listen with the ear of the heart.
